Intercare and InterMed are operational and continuing to process claims and claim payments with minimal interruption. The Intercare Operations Resiliency Plan has been fully implemented and is working as planned. Only essential personnel are being allowed in the offices. Those personnel are responsible for mail intake, scanning, indexing, printing, and outgoing mail. All other personnel scheduled to be on the Skeleton Crew for rotation should contact their Supervisor for guidance. Remaining staff should work from home. All essential personnel are to maintain personal distancing and hygiene protocols already in place.
